    Nortel Touch Tone Phone. Gorgeous yukon gold colour. Crisp and clear dialogue. Built like a tank. Phone arrived with mute ringtone but I was able to easily disassemble it and fix the issue with a screwdriver and pair of pliers -- the ringer mount was deformed from shipping most likely. Item was fairly well cleaned and just needed a bit of polishing and removal of sticky plastic surfaces, not atypical for a phone of this age. Seller was also very communicative. Would deal with again. Thank you.
