So, while the seller may not reply before you make a purchase, they will assist you once the product has been bought. The seller was very polite and supportive.   Item as described which was great, responsive communication. Shipping is too expensive, $6.90 for shipping and it was sent in a polyethylene envelope which cost around $2 to ship. Item came damaged but a refund was issued. I won't be purchasing from this person again.
