Usually love The Cottage Journal BUT....
0 of 1 found this helpful I have been collecting The Cottage Journal since the beginning, but I must say they are REALLY starting to stray away from the cozy cottage theme and, focusing now on traditional/formal. This issue might as well be an issue of Veranda. Disappointed in this one.

More energy
Noticed more energy since taking this product. Many multi vitamins do not contain all the B vitamins, so I supplement with these. So far so good.

Least Favorite Of Atkins Bars
While these bars do offer good protein and satisfy hunger, they have a horrible artificial sweetener taste. I will stick to the classic Atkins bars made with sugar alcohol.
