Great wrist rest!
Great product made from high density soft yet firm foam with one side having a cloth mesh for comfort. It is a very bright almost cobalt blue but if you don't like it you can easily remove the cloth and it doesn't effect the use of the product at all! It is also easy to cut with a razor knife if you want to cut it to fit a smaller keyboards such as 40% 65 key keyboards etc. You will need to remove the cloth if you do want to cut it as I did. The keyboard does slide a bit because it is foam and not rubber but you can glue it to the desk (if your desk is made of wood) like I did with Testors cement for plastic models Even better is it was less than half the price than anything like it locally! I'd definitely buy it again!

Good quality but the sound is atrocious! (This is NOT the sellers fault.)

More durable than the original Kraken Chroma 7.1's.
Earpieces are larger and more comfortable so they don't put as much pressure on the top or bottom of your ears and they are much more comfortable to wear with glasses.
No Green Razer Logo on the top of the headband.
Mic is clearer than the original Kraken Chroma 7.1's (taking my gaming friends opinions on this).
Cons:
The sound from this headset is absolutely atrocious - (Mids are super muddy, highs are horrible with no crispness at all and the bass is nowhere near as deep as the original Kraken Chroma 7.1's even with the bass boost enabled and the equalizer adjusted in the Razer Synapse software).
Other Thoughts:
I would NOT recommend these! Get the original Kraken Chroma 7.1 but don't use the bass boost over 15% or you risk destroying the drivers or spend the money and get a separate headset and blue snowball desk mic! If I could return these I would in a heartbeat and but I got them on a non refundable basis..... =(

Surprisingly better than the newer Kraken Chroma 7.1 V2 headset!
The only faults I can find with this headset is that the low end drivers (bass speaker) end up failing if you use the bass boost at anywhere over 15% along with the EQ in the Razer Synapse software, they are uncomfortable if you have big ears or wear glasses and doubly so if you have big ears AND wear glasses like I do and the cable tends to flex and break where it goes into the earpiece. Again, as for the bass, it's awesome and you'll want to bump up the boost in the Razer software and turn up the bass in the Synapse software but don't do it!!! They don't last long enough as I have been through three sets of these in just over two years (two suffered driver failure and the third had the cable failure). I would still rather use these than the new Kraken Chroma 7.1 V2's!
