I think it works but it doesn't taste too good.
The mint flavoring in these chewable tablets is very overpowering and chalk-like flavor which makes them hard to chew and they don't taste too good which makes them difficult to use. I think they work like taking fiber but I just can't get past the taste. Life Extension is a great company and I have several of their products which are excellent which is why I tried this fat binder but to me, it fell short.
