really wakes up the CTX sound
1 of 1 found this helpful Slips right onto the stock header. Looks awesome, sounds awesome. The CTX sounds like a scooter with the stock muffler, with this it sounds like a monster. It has a nice throaty bark to it without being excessively loud. Still quiet at idle and not bad at constant high speeds, it does drone a little on the highway but not badly.
It just sounds so great when whacking that throttle open out of corners or off the line. I compared it to no muffler at all- the baffles in the Radiant clip the harsh pop of no muffler and add a deeper resonance to the noise. I just love it.
The only odd bit is the clamp bolt takes forever to get tight. I was nearly out of thread when it finally grabbed the header. However it's rock solid after a couple hundred miles so it really is a direct bolt-on replacement. Only requires one tool to put it on, only takes two to remove the original muffler, so this is a 15 minute 'upgrade' (well, 15 minutes just to tighten that one bolt, lol).
The product itself is also a really nice piece of metal work. Looks great on the bike, sounds great...I highly recommend.

Very pleased. Well packaged, great way to stock a home lab
Very high quality glass and measurement markings. I think maybe one small piece was broken on arrival, so well packaged too. Glass is clear, free from flaws, and the kit includes more glassware than most home chemists need.

Very useful for chemists
I use this pump to pull vacuum on various chemistry experiments. It has just the right CFM for this purpose without pulling too much vacuum.
