They are and will hold what they say - but you need the right hardware and software to go with them!
With the right overburning software and a drive that supports it, these are just what they say - without both of those they will act the same as your standard 80 min/700 MB CD-Rs.
Also be aware that not all CD-RW and even CD-ROM drives can write (or read) the full 100 minutes. My drive will overburn to a maximum of 92:00 - I've read some will only go to 90:00. Fortunately the CD player in my car has no problem reading the full 92 minutes!

Seems gimmicky... but really works
4 of 4 found this helpful After I started flying I learned quickly that my wife was extremely sensitive to motion sickness while in the plane. Common OTC motion sickness medications were only marginally effective and caused her to get very drowsy. So on a hunch and after reading other reviews, I but the bullet and bought one of these... and sure enough, it worked! I've flown with a dozen or so different individuals who all have told me they would get motion sickness - and each time I've let them use this, they've always been able to keep the ill feelings at bay by varying the intensity. Definitely a keeper!
