I open the box and plugged it in and it won't accept a charge. So now I don't know what to do. Whether or not I return it via eBay or contact Roomba directly and try to get the situation fixed. This is just terrible. I have a broken Vacuum and it'll be a long time before I can get this issue resolved . I am very unhappy with this purchase. Currently, the robot is powering on and off as it struggles to charge itself. The sound is very loud and annoying and it keeps repeating every 20 seconds.
