Helpful but I felt compelled to use videos to fill in the gaps
Product too vague in areas, so supplemental sources such as videos from a different source is needed.

The finest and most up to date reference on Italian Air Force artifacts.
This book is a must-have reference for the library of anyone who collects or wants to collect Italian WWII air force regalia, particularly those items actually worn in the aircraft.
The photography is well done, mostly in color, of material that up until this publication was largely unknown. Most collectors of Italian Air Force flight gear have only scratched the surface with their collections as many of the items shown rarely if ever are seen outside of Italy.
References on Italian flight gear have been in short supply and were for the most part incomplete, as well as relatively poorly done by comparison.
In examining this work I was so impressed with all the very surprising examples that there was no time to stop and ask how it could be better. It is truly entertaining to peruse its pages.
The very first reading of this book helped me to identify an item I had acquired recently as a post war artifact that was sold as WWII. This made the cost of the book a justifiable investment and still left me with the ability to do the same in the years to come.

Not very useful for my purposes.
The different language is a minus to getting details. The use of color is minimal. The use of drawings is a drawback. Price was good, Overall I could do without it.
