If you need one, this is just what you need.

Lenovo has changed it's power adapter jacks several times. It doesn't appear that any other manufacturer uses the same connector. So if you have a model that needs this power cord/supply, this is just the ticket.

Exact replacement for my laptop

There have been times where a manufacturer uses several different parts during a production run and one needs to disassemble the Laptop to obtain the exact part number. Happily this was not the case. The part was exactly right. There were no mounting issues or compatibility issues. I would buy again.

Works fine, but make sure that your Motherboard can accept it.

I have always liked AMD for their performance and design. This CPU, if it had mainstream support would rate 5 stars. Unfortunately, only a few motherboards will accept this CPU. Most are proprietary (non-generic) boards that are made to ONLY take this CPU so you cannot take just any motherboard to use this CPU. Nor can you take a versatile or overclocking board. If it doesn't recognize the CPU, it simply will not work.
