A pleasant Surprise :)

I bought this DVD to get started back into the exercising mode to lose weight. I also have Prevention's Low GI Diet/lifestyle that is working well too. This is the workout with the low GI series, which I actually didn't know until I read more about it. It has a choice between a 20 or 30 minute workout for Mon-Sat, Sundays off. The exercise programs are various per day so you are not working out the same thing everyday, but different parts on different days. I found the exercises to be great for beginners. This is great for those who have a hard time exercising as well. An excellent DVD for the beginner, for those just starting to exercise (even if you have alot to lose), but this would not be a workout for someone that is advanced.

This is music for a Wiccan Ritual

I was particularly looking for a CD that had the ritual workings with it. This CD has 3 tracks. The first one is the cirle, the middle is the ritual body, with the last song being the closing. They are longer tracks. This is a great CD (and a unique one) for those looking for a ritual CD that doesn't take over the ritual with their own words.
