  In conversation before the sale i was told it was 6 pounds. It was only 5 pounds and 5 ounces but had 2 endmills that weren't carbide as listed by the seller. I want a refund for 1.375 pounds at $7.59/ pound. $10.43 total. Seller refuses to refund! Seller wants me to ship it back but refuses to send me a shipping label. I want $ back.
