Overall good!

This raincoat fits well in the front chest area. I have a 17 lb yorkie/shi-poo mix and is 17" long and a little broad in the chest. I bought a medium and it covers well. The downside is the belly strap which is placed a little far back and interferes with his business. It would do well for a female. The hood covers the head well but does block vision. But most do. I just rolled it back once and it was fine. It keeps the rain off his neck and back.
