Still Trying, but not sold on this unit yet.

Cons -- shipped without a power supply. after first day use, unable to use for almost 2 weeks.
takes 4-6 hrs to fully charge using 45 watt pwr supply
difficult to find a carrying case for this size unit

Good idea, poor Quality Control
4 of 4 found this helpful Handle had ragged edges which scratched inside of my ears. Made it difficult to use. Tips were all same size and were too short to get to the soft wax that I need to remove.
