Love my Penn 2 speed reels
Love my 2 speed sql30--initially bought the larger 50sql--so easy to crank no matter how big a fish is! With weak wrist muscles, the low speed is fantastic--as long as you can crank the reel unlike conventional/single speed, I will never go back to a single speed ever!

Never late to learn new things
Never understood the value of multi colored braid till now.The explanation is it great for depth finding. So, logically it makes sense what length and depth each color means. Being "old school" monofilament then learning how awesome braided line is, never late to learn and adjust to new technologies and products. Excited to try my new braid next fishing trip.
