Good but not great
44 of 58 found this helpful I have the Air Pod pro and also the first generation air pods. People have raved about the pro but I'm not convinced that it warrants the accolades. Although it has been some time, the Wall Street Journal evaluated them said they were great because they fit the ear so nicely. Matter of fact, the reviewer said that it took her a fair amount of time on a mechanical bull before they fell out and only after she had been thrown from the machine did they in fact fall out. I, on the other hand, have found they fall out of my ears easily. They come with three sizes of rubber fittings. I've tried all three and they still easily fall out of my ears. I find my first generation Air Pods stay in much better. The old ones do not have a transparency setting where you can let some noise in (so you can hear outside noises when jogging or walking.) It's a nice feature but not something I found overwhelming. Then again, I use them mostly for walking around the house or too and from car.
