The poor man's motorcycle cruise control
I wish I'd known about these forty years ago. These O rings are very effective as a motorcycle throttle locking friction device when you need to give your right hand a rest. They work great and it's a good idea to have spares handy.

Reasonably priced tap
This 1/2 inch x 14 NPT tap is perfect for cutting new threads in 1/2 inch plastic lawn irrigation system fittings.
When attempting to replace some of the 1/2 inch risers on the old sprinkler system that came with the house we just bought, some of them would break off at the connection to the underground tee. Removing the old broken off pipe section from inside the tee was easy enough with a reamer, but the operation would frequently leave the threads in the tee damaged. Using the pipe thread tap, it was easy to cut new threads into the tee, so that a new riser could be installed, without having to install a new tee.

perfect little 2 button remote
1 of 1 found this helpful And so many of the garage door remote controls for the latest generation of door operators are big and clunky or inferior quality. I ride a motorcycle every day and I need a remote control that can fit in my pocket and that I can feel with my left thumb. This one is perfect. And easy to program for any LiftMaster based door opener with a purple learning button. My door happens to be a craftsman which is made by LiftMaster and so it is compatible. Highly recommend.
