Disappoint in quality

We received the 25lb stuffer with great anticipation of making stuffing sausage quicker and easier. Unfortufately, this is not the case, the base is not level and the canister slips out of it's sleeve when reloading. In addition, it is very difficult to crank. Not impressed!
