Not recommended for leafy vegetables.
The glass is as described. The size is a little smaller than I expected. We have the large mouth weights and there is hardly any wiggle room at the top. When I put veggies in like kale, the smaller weight can sink too far. Just sayin.

Good price.
I purchased this to replace a $500 piece of equipment for pelvic floor exercises. When used a lot the wiring jiggles apart requiring them to be broken open and rewired.
