Grippy and Sticky
You might want to lay this out flat and put something on it overnight. I applied this to our Razor Scooter and it worked out perfect. Much better than the little oval shape from the factory that had twenty years of feet rubbing on it. Very sticky on the back, and very grippy on the top!

OFF THE WALL!
Super grippy material, and nice quality end caps. These fit our Razor Scooter perfect, replacing the old worn out foam grips. The end caps cover up the sharp edges of the handles that have hit the concrete too many times, making it safer for the handles and anything they might have scratched or scraped without them. The style is great. It's subtle, but anybody who knows Vans will recognize the iconic waffle sole pattern.
UPDATE: Installed the grips today using the zip tie method (check youtube). The end caps were tough to fit in, but they're designed that way to make them tough to come out when you don't want them too. I soaked them in hot water for a while, shaved a little plastic off the very bottom, and then they pounded in nicely.
