Not for Pi3B+, but brilliant on a Pi3B
I was unable to get it to work on a Pi3B+, but works brilliantly on on a normal Pi3B, running Volumio. I haven't been able to test it on a Pi4.
The standoff on the GPIO side are a millimetre or so too long, so I suggest leaving them off and just use the ones on the side to secure the card.
Set the output device and DAC Model to HiFiBerry DAC Pus.
Sound quality is very good indeed. Impressive for such a cheap card.

Just plug it in
I was very surprised that it worked straight out of the box. I just plugged my Raspberry Pi into the HDMI socket and away it went.
The only thing that took a little luck and almost random button pressing up was changing the default language to English.
Click Menu, click Right, click Menu and Menu again and you should see your language. Click Menu to select.

Does what it is meant to do.
Excellent product. It lives up to the adverts - it does a good job of cleaning your teeth.
