Hi There! Six years ago I retired from my dream job. I was a cataloging Librarian, and I loved it! But I wanted to travel a bit, spend time with my family and do things while I still could. So I did! Now we still travel, but not as much, and I needed something to keep me busy. (Not really, I garden, and craft, and have a house to keep up with.)
But - I have always loved thrifting! Garage sales, Thrift stores, Estate sale, I love them all. I started off getting things to craft with, making yard art and fun crafty gifts for friends and family. And of course. there were always pretty little goodies I liked and kept for myself. But as time went on, the piles of "too good to craft with, too much of a good thing" began to take over my craft room, the spare bedroom, and the shed...
So did it. I gritted my teeth and jumped in.
And here I am. Anyway, there are so many beautiful things out there.
