Tastes great. Not as much caffiene as Power Gels at 55 mg but tastes much better. I recommend this product to keep from bonking, keeping your stomach empty, and getting a little energy boost. Don't expect to be bouncing off the walls, but it does have a slight boost in energy effect.

Great cassette for flats and not so steep hills.
Tough on real mountain climbs w/ a 53/39 crank, though it's still possible. Ideal for flats. Slightly heavier than SRAM Red but still very light. With a 53/39 the 11 might be a bit much, but this is perfect for a compact crank 50/34.
