A-Data All Day, All the Way!

I have used an 8GB A-Data USB Flash drive for years for my own personal use. I have copied to and erased thousands of photos and documents. Never once have had a problem. I purchased 2-16 GB A-Data USB Flash drives for my two grand kids, who are in high school. Not being a fan of the infamous cloud, I am getting them use to using the A-Data USB Flash drives to develop, store, and transport their school projects and personal files. Thus, their work is always under their control and not open to the public/social media. Unfortunately, teaching them how to maintain physical control of the A-Data USB Flash drive in an environment where all the kids seem to swap, misplace, or lose smartphones and tablets defeats the purpose. Maybe an encryption program is in order, that way if the A-Data USB Flash drive falls into the wrong hands, the stored data won't be readily available. An Finally, I have taken my 8GB A-Data USB Flash drive through the airport scanning machines many times and have never lost a bit of data. I can safely say, one can depend A-Data USB Flash drives.

Great Cable for connecting Mixer to Audio Amplifier

I find using the mixer XLR Main outputs to connect TS mono input on audio amplifier. Previously, I had used mixer TRS output to mono input on audio amplifier, but for some strange reason, getting the audio signal to the audio amplifier was erratic at best. Now, using the subject cable, the audio from the mixer is solid and control of Right & Left channels are easy to discern when using two microphone sources.

The EMS-57 is not a direct replacement for the EMS-12

I purchased the EMS-57 hoping it would replace my defective EMS-12, which came with my Alinco DR-610 dual-band UHF/VHF mobile transceiver. When using the EMS-57, Only the PTT, the UP/DOWN buttons, and the microphone work on my Alinco DR-610. The DTMF and Remote Control keys don't work at all. When using the EMS-12 with the Alinco DR-610, the DTMF and Remote Control keys are highly instrumental during setup and for normal operation of the Alinco DR-610.
