It's a great product but it was very difficult to push with our rug.I had a Dyson for six years and still do I never had that problem. What I found out about this new model is it's nothing unusual because it clean so well and they're sending a new attachment so my Dyson Will work Much easier like it should. I've never heard of anything like this device and see experts and I am sure they know exactly what they're doing to make the problem better
