Excellent quality
They fit well, are nice subtle colors and the material has a nice hand. It's velvety smooth, thick and well made.

an excellent live performance of the egyptian callas
i first heard this music as an album in 1979, and it was old then. this is a sono cairo recording of a 1966 live concert by the incomparable oum kalsoum (spelled in various ways in english). the power and emotion of this woman's voice is incredible. often compared to maria callas in terms of the power, range and versatility of her voice, she is the most beloved singer of the arabic world, and even though she died in 1975, she continues to amaze and delight listeners all over the world. i am so happy to finally track down a CD of this recording!

Hail! Android!
This is a great phone. The screen is huge and crisp. The processor is FAST. Like all Androids, there are a ton of fabulous aps available. And like all smart phones, there are too many included aps you just can't rid of - unless you root the phone.
It doesn't sync contacts as well as the Nexus (which gives the option of using your contacts' Facebook profile pix as their icons). It also lacks the camera flash that the Nexus has - which can also be used as a screaming bright flashlight.
Unlike the Nexus, the Vibrant is very thin and amazingly light. The sound is very clear. It is actually a passable music player. I like that you can tether the phone or use it as a mobile hot spot. And the movie player rocks.
