Valve stem leak

Box came quickly, but was really flattened out. I had my new tire installed with this new inner tube and rode my bike 13 miles home. Next day, rode the bike 7 miles, parked it and in 10 minutes it went flat. Had the mechanic pull the tire and found the leak at the base of the valve stem. Had to buy a tube from the mechanic. Save your money, just buy from the shop.
