I only sell items in great condition. I have owned a brick and mortar consignment store for 15 years, unfortunately due to health issues I have decided to close my store and sell on eBay.     I initially gave very negative feedback but always I am very disappointed with what I received and when I received it, it was not entirely Tiffini’s fault. The shipping issues were caused by E-bays tracking system and the confusion on the product was caused by the manufacturers outdated description. Tiffani is making things right by issuing a full refund and I appreciate that.
