These are the best.
Works really well. My 7 year old has ADHD and struggles to fall asleep. One tablet of Natures Bounty Melatonin and he's ready to go to sleep within 20 minutes. He loves the cherry flavor and that they dissolve quickly in the mouth.
I've taken the odd tablet too when I've found it hard to fall asleep. I can feel it working within 15 minutes and know I'll be sleep a short time later.
