Saved some clams on our Clam!
1 of 1 found this helpful The instructions state that this tent should take not a minute to set up. We read more than one set and even watched the video. Our tent took 4 people, and about 15 minutes as it was twisted and poles actually had to be removed and reassembled to construct it, it was very twisted by someone previously. No issues with the tents contents or function once set up per say, this was an open box item to be fair and once we figured it out, thanks to those with engineering aptitude with me, I felt I alone could easily set up and did take down. The
product is rated as water resistant not waterproof, and instructions warn that if you add extra waterproofing protection you may impact flame retardant ability. I would recommend using tie downs or stakes at all times as even in slight breezes it tends to have lift due to its firm, light structure. In general we love the Clam and do not regret this purchase. This site saved us tons, shipped exactly on time, and we would definitely buy from them again.
