Terrible.
The lamp and the mounting ring are two separate parts, which allow the mounting ring to be attached first, the rubber boot to be reattached and the lamp than inserted into the mounting ring.
Unfortunately, the plastic it’s made of is too soft to engage correctly, so that the lamp doesn’t lock into the correct position and it then wobbles about.
I was really looking forward to these, but they are unusable and I’m left with an expensive paperweight!

Very good, with a few limitations.
FITTED TO TRIUMPH TROPHY 1215 TRIPLE.
This standard screen has the annoying habit of producing either turbulence and “helmet jiggle” if the screen is too low but, raise the screen high enough to remove the jiggle and the turbulence then pushes the rider from behind. There is no happy medium. This screen completely cures that problem and it’s possible to cruise at any reasonable speed with helmet visor completely removed (not recommended - it just illustrates a point). It’s not only completely turbulence free, but it’s near silent too and the bike is completely stable.
It’s great in the rain too. I just raise it right up to the top and stay dry. It even looks okay.
Google videos on polycarbonate vs acrylic” and see how tough this material is - it’s worth the extra cost.
The downsides?
1. Even at the lowest height, the top of the screen is only just beneath line of sight. If you can’t stand looking through a screen, this touring screen is not for you.
2. The curve in the screen is good at picking up reflections from the tank filler cap and steering head but during the day and the instrument needles at night.
3. The recommended stuff to treat the screen in place of Rain X is only available in the US and is very costly to import.
Despite the disadvantages, getting rid of the “helmet jiggle” or back pressure problems of the standard screen are more than enough to offset these disadvantages. I won’t refit the standard screen now.

Superb calculator.
1 of 1 found this helpful Bought to replace a near identical Casio that’s put in 10 years’ service. It’s even better than the last one, with a clearer display and a much higher quality feel. Highly recommended.
