Good product, still works great.
I'm using this to transfer DAT recordings to drive (by way of the CF in this unit), not for field recording - so I can't comment on the unit for that application. For what I'm doing it's great, reasonably easy to use and the transfers are working great. If you can get a good price on a used one of these it's well worth it.
