Makes the best brisket!
I found this in a recipe online and tried it... well everyone absolutelty LOVES the result!!! I highly recommend it!!!
I use this and inject it into the brisket before cooking it on a smoker grill. Then it's "low and slow" (low temp ~ 200 degrees F, and slow cooking time ~ 8-10 hours). Then yum, yum, yum!!!

Workhorse!
We have (5) of these printers in our company and I have one at home. They are like Timex's - they "keep going and going and going...". They are not the fastest horse in the corral, but VERY dependable.
