Does not climb walls of tiled pool
2 of 4 found this helpful I can't get this product to climb the walls of my tiled pool despite making the adjustments suggested by the support team. The first question I was asked when I called for support was whether my pool bottom was sloped. So it seems like perhaps this product was made for sloped pools, and not pools with straight sides. While product seems well made, it did not perform as advertised and not as expected. It spends a lot of time at the walls trying to climb the wall, but failing to do so. Disappointment, for a fair bit of money.
