excellent
If you have aching pain, NOT burning pain, this is a deep skin heating product. Massage it in, and you will feel relief for a while; sometimes a long while. You need to stay still for 10-15 minutes for the full effect, but you get a deep warming relief.

no cons. Easy to use, easy to put together, refurbished works just as well and is so much cheaper.
