It is a good projector for the price, but it is NOT 6000 lumens and the help you get is none.

DO NOT try to get help from the people who sold it. You will NOT get any useful help ... they do not speak any English. I asked what size screws were needed to mount to the ceiling and I got a message back to send pictures of the problem ... again ... no help.
The manual will give you general info, but no explanation about many of the buttons on the remote.
I like the resolution of the projector. It is true HD.
I like the ease of use, the size of the picture,
You definitely must include an amplifier to get any kind of sound quality, but I expected this.
The fan does make some noise but not anything that distracts you.
If they had an English speaking help person, I would give them full accolades.
