Indispensable Hand Tool
1 of 1 found this helpful I initially purchased the 71-22-200 8" mini bolt cutter. Shortly after Knipex introduced the XL model: 71-01-250. I've ran it through several tests and it handily out cuts all other 200 to 250 length cutters EXCEPT the 61-01-200 8 inch high leverage end cutters. I highly recommend both. I was able to cut through a hardened 1/4 inch bolt but it did take several bites (about 8) before it cut through. Anything smaller than 1/4 inch I've had no problems. Overall, the extra 2 inches makes a huge difference. The way the high leverage end cutters are designed, they cut just as good as the 10 inch XL bolt cutters. Excellent Drill Set
These drills are very high quality and the index cases are of equal quality. They have held up to several drilling projects ranging in size from 7/64 to almost an inch. I would purchase these again over and over.

Excellent set of Hex/Allen sockets
This is a very high quality set. I used the 10mm with an impact driver to remove some fork bolts with no problem. Also used the 2.5mm and 3mm on a small 1/4' breaker bar to rebuild a pneumatic staple gun. Very pleased. I almost bought the impact sets from Square2 but opted for this combined set because it has a more complete selection and these style of sockets are easily replaceable through most tool stores if i lose one or strip one out. Very nice hard plastic case.
