Bright LEDs, and you need these suggestions

Test to see if light works and is of the correct color before you install. If it doesnt light, reverse the wires. This 10 LED clearance light needs 1/8” thick washers to allow wires room to roam behind light. Use stainless steel #8 1” sheet metal screws so the ground connection doesn’t rust. Dont be cheap. Use #22 wire butt connectors; solder with silver solder for strength. Fill body and light holes with white Gorilla glue. Glue 1/8” thick washers to base of light for convenience sake. Use 40 watt ceramic solder gun. The ground wire is black. Solder Ring connector to ground black wire. Connect Ring connector to inside #8 sheet metal screw whenever possible. Trim length of black wire 2”. Use uninsulated Ring Connector for black wire connected to inside screw. This #8 screw grounds to a metal body. See picture. if you have made the body hole larger, move up to a #10 screw. Optional: There is a Light Guard available for this light. Use Shrink Tubes size 3.5 mm or 4mm over soldered butt connector. Heat the shrink tubing with the side of the soldering gun briefly. Then use Gorilla Glue to patch the end of the shrink tube after you have shrunk it with about 200 degrees of heat. Rain water could possibly go down the wire. Do as much soldering of connectors and Gorilla Gluing on the light before you are up on the ladder. Move very slowly on the ladder. Unfreeze rusty screws with penetrating oil. If necessary, pull screws off using a bar then insert the next larger screw to compensate for the larger hole. Dont try to do it all in one day. The glue needs 10 hours to harden.

High Quality Anker

I have 10 batteries from Anker in all sizes. There are no duds. I recommend remanufactured ones too as long as it is coming from Anker. Also get their chargers so it will positively turn off when battery is charged. Their cables transmit maximum current for their type. I have tested them in comparison with others. Just go with Anker to find quality.
