Can't rate them as bad or good
The handles act like they are loose when they are tight by the set screw. They do look great. The cold side of both I bought were so tight I had to use a wrench on them so I could mount them.

motorcycle belt tensioner
Works great and now I know the ght tension for my belt.

I need more time
it works but it hard to get set with the right pressure so the wheels don't lock up. I haven't determined how I should rate this product yet. I would say it is only fare that I give it more time.
