Must have item in the backpack / vehicle

I chose models that I could confirm are made in USA. They are of good quality. Material and workmanship seem to be top notch for the tool that it is. Some people expect too much. Your not building bridges with it. Multitude of uses, and if not abused, should last a lifetime or more.

Initial review, Very Nice Reel!

Only at lake once so far, but threw it for hours. Strung it with 80 lb braided line, Sufix 832. The reel loved it. Cast and retrieve was very smooth. Cast very well, even with only 3 1/2 to 4 oz lures. Was after Musky. Gear ratio seems good for a variety of lures, and the larger crank handle much appreciated. Believe it adds to strong / smooth retrieve. Possibly my best Ambassador!
