    Seller states that crysyal is in "great pre-owned condition" The watch arrived with over a dozen deep scratches in the crystal. Seller misrepresented this watch.     The seller astutely identified a diminutive pairing of creamer and sugar bowl in an art deco style, stamped Germany for origin. The bowl has helical or spiral wings. These may have been exported to the USA during the Depression of the 1930s, providing an artistic design at a modest price to bring cheer during difficult economic times.
