Suitable for a child
I bought these as my daughter was constantly fiddling with (and loosing) her stud butterflies. I must admit, it wasn’t easy fixing the earring bit into the hoop. Best to practice a few times off the ear! Once in, they have stayed in place, look lovely and feel comfortable.

Quick but great workout
1 of 1 found this helpful This is a brilliant way to fit a workout into each day. I set my alarm 15 mins earlier each morning and I'm done before the day starts. It's really worth trying. The exercises are challenging enough that you will feel and see the difference.

Interesting book
If you have heard about crystal children and want to learn more, this book is definitely worth a read.
