1200m BT Motorbike Helmet Bluetooth Motorcycle Headset Interphone V6 Intercom x2

    good quality intercom for two
The sound is clear even with earplugs in. Installation is easy. The ear pieces stuck right to the fabric of our helmet padding without application of the adhesive velcro pad. The units took only two hours to charge with my phone charger. The only problem I had was understanding from the instructions how to get the intercom to work. The two important buttons are the large ones in the middle, one with a motorcycle image etched in it, the other with a green telephone on it. Once the pairing process is complete as per the instructions, all you need to do is push the motorcycle button once to start a call to the other unit. If you want to end the call so the other person paired with you can't talk to you any longer, you push the phone button, and communication ends. My partner and I just left the units on all the time during our 4 hour ride so we could talk anytime without having to find the motorcycle and phone buttons with our gloves on---not an easy thing to do. The batteries in the unit have an 8 hour function time so we will just turn them on and leave them on for the duration of our rides from now on. To conserve battery power it is possible to use the power switch located above the phone button. The pairing process for the two units was easy to understand from the instructions, but the process for using the unit was not clear at all. The problem we had was that the button with the motorcycle image etched it is was never identified as the "open key"---so called because pushing that button "opens" the channel for talking to the other unit. The instructions simply said to push the "open key" to start talking. But that label was never applied to any of the buttons on the orientation page that labeled all the buttons on the unit. Once we figured out that the "open key" was the large button with the motorcycle image on it our units worked beautifully. It was funny because we found a number of videos on uTube reviewing the Netphone Bluetooth V6-1200 intercom system but not one of the videos mentioned which button to push to open communication and which button to push to end it. They just said that pushing the buttons with gloved hands was difficult. These units are relatively inexpensive; they work great; volume is adjustable and the sound is clear when on the road at 70 miles and hour. We love being able to talk to each other, and we don't even have to raise our voices to be heard---ever.

2007-2016 Suzuki V-Strom 650 DL650 Engine Motor Magneto Alternator Stator Coil

    Used stator performs perfectly!
I installed this stator and performed the dynamic stator test while the motorcycle was running to make sure that each of the three windings was producing 65 volts AC at 5000 rpm. They were. I had earlier installed a smaller stator that fit my Suzuki Vstrom, but that stator did not produce the required AC voltage and so was unable to charge my battery. The used Suzuki stator works perfectly and of course looks identical to the stator originally installed in the motorcycle. I could not be happier. I would recommend getting a functioning used stator over a less expensive after market new stator. I have included a photo comparing the two stators I installed---the smaller one is the new after market stator that did not produce the required voltage.

    Useful EV conversion manual
This book actually gives plenty of practical and very useful suggestions on how to do the things needed to convert a gas powered vehicle to DC electric. It has plenty of photos that show how to do things like make a motor to transmission coupler, how to wire up an EV conversion and how to beef up the suspension to support the extra weight of the battery pack. If you are converting a vehicle yourself, you need to look at this book.
