Life changing book
This book was life changing for me 2 years ago! I feel so much better. I went from 4-6 migraines a week to 1-2 a month. I lost 30 lbs in 18 months! 10 lbs every 6 months - like clock work. And I have maintained my weight since then. I bought another one to give to a friend who is struggling with her health.

Great product
I love this shampoo!! I have oily hair and this shampoo makes my hair look good all day, even on hot humid days.
