Life & world changing information!
I just got my certificate in plant based nutrition from the Colin Campbell Centre for Nutrition Studies and eCornell. This book covers a lot of what I learned. To once and for all learn the truth about health and nutrition and all the corruption in why we are fed all the nutrition myths, read this, it will indeed change your life!

Heavy and well made
This does the trick, keeping my yorkie who gulps down his food in 30 seconds or less (!!) at his bowl now for about 5 whole minutes-at least! He weighs 7 pounds, and my only wish was that this dish came in a toy breed size. Neither him, or my 8 pound Chihuahua (my willing tester! lol) can get all the food out as it has very deep grooves, and more suited for dogs a bit bigger I think. But most of the food is dug out, and it solves my problem so I am happy! It is a heavy, solid, and well built dish too. A great solution for dogs who bolt down their food at the speed of light, therefore preventing serious stomach problems such as torsion/bloat/vomiting from eating much too quickly.

Highly Recommended-and I am fussy!
The sound on this machine is AWESOME!!! I own 4 other CD players, all more expensive than this one, and they don't compare to this one. I bought this for Granddaughter, and she loves it. Hasn't broken it yet so I will assume it is durable! ;) But it does seem sturdy and unlike the other junk out there trying to be passed off as a cd player!
