I sent the seller photos and was polite about my confrontation. They decided to go ahead and essentially yell at me through message, on top of being incredibly condescending and not taking any accountability about what was defective about the item I received. The Razr is very user friendly and reliable.
I bought this phone because it's easy to use and I can zip through everything I need to do. I like the texting ease on this phone. Easier than most I have used. The only complaint I have is that the memory is not very big and you can't hold many emails in memory. Easier to use than most phones I have used and great phone reception.
