This same model number comes in a 40 or 30 pin connector so check before buying.
Early model B140xtno2-x screens had a 40 pin connector. Later screens with the identical number had a 30 pin connector. These thin flat screens were used by a number of laptop computer mfgs. They crack very easily because the front glass is so very thin.
The matte and glossy screens are interchangable but the 30 or 40 pin connector must be an exact match.

Wonderful Nostalga. Almost all movies. . Disc Case odor.
Case - thicker plastic shrink wrapped. Strong plastic odor after wrap removal so i could not keep the case in the house. DVDs play and did not retain the odor after an hour. After 2 weeks the case could be brought into the house but kept near the window.
DVDs - Delightful Abbott & Costello movies. Just missing a few they made like Rio Rita but more than enough for those cold winter days coming. THANKS.
PS - Seems i had to increase TV brightness to view. No subtitles or any extras. Just the movies.

New generation looks same but improved.
Improved : 1. Lights up, 2. Flat PC contacts plated for longer life, 3. Faster than one i bought last year that looks identical outside.
