Best 4 channels audio recorder
2 of 2 found this helpful If you are looking for a 4 channels audio recorder when you are in the field, this is an excellent choice. Tascam claims that it is 6 channels, It is not, I called them and talked to them on the phone, it records 4 seperates mic, then combines them and recorder them into 2 more channels, so you cannot have 6 inputs. beside this issue it is a great field recorder with a superb preamp.

Time to get a Divorce!
I gave it as a gift, couldn't test it on myself since I am a man. but I heard back about the result and from what I hear it is AWSOME!
