I understood these were used. But they were doused in perfume so much so that the ear cups were not useable. The top headband plastic was broken and pieces were in the box. The entire headset cannot be worn due to the smell and burning coming from the ear cup areas. Internal battery not original since the led will not change to notify charging was completed. Wires were not put back in their right spot they stick out of the ear cuff area. Horrible experience! Back to looking for a headset.
