A "must have" for the smaller trampolines-
This tool is included in larger trampolines (like 15') so, don't buy it unless you install these for a living like I do. No matter your hand size or strength- this larger, full sized tool makes it easier and more comfy when it comes to mounting your mat suspension springs. The smaller tramps include a smaller, "cheap" tool that does work- but it's kind of a joke after your hand & wrist get sore as it cuts into the two or three fingers in the handle. Another suggestion- You might also wear a glove for the hand that is doing the work with this tool- ©TLanik

Tastes great AND very convenient
It's pretty simple. 1- 30 gr of protein, 2- tastes very good (really is like a "shake"), and 3- has a full compliment of vitamins and minerals. Do keep it cooled in the refrigerator.
